Weekly Simulator Fee:$20
League Dues must be paid prior to the first week of season. Teams will not be able to participate until their dues are paid.

Monday: 6 simulators — 3:00, 5:30, 8:00 PM
Tuesday: 6 simulators — 3:00, 5:30, 8:00 PM
Wednesday: 7 simulators — 3:00, 5:30, 8:00 PM
Thursday: 6 simulators — 3:00, 5:30, 8:00 PM
Friday: 6 simulators — before 5:00 PM
Saturday: 6 simulators — before 2:00 PM
Sunday:Not available
Format & Scoring
Season Length:10 weeks
Placement Match: Bethpage 18 holes from Blue Tees (Covered in League Expense)
Team Lineup Each Week:4 players compete.
If only 3 players are available, teams must play with only 3 players. No fourth“Ghost” teammate.
Divisions: Teams split evenly across divisions (about 10 teams per division).
Competition:4-man scramble against the field within your division.
If your team wins uncontestedly two consecutive weeks, you may be subject to promotion into a higher division (Anti-Sandbag effort)
Handicaps:No handicaps are used in 4-man scramble.
League-Night Points (per division match)
Front Nine: 1 point
Back Nine: 1 point
Total Score: 1 point
Ties: ½ point each
Skins
Skins Games:
Hole by Hole Matchup against division
$200 Buy-In per team For Season ($50/person)
Weekly pot available for all teams who bought in. If 5 Teams buy in, the pot will be $100/week. If all 10 teams buy in, the pot will be $200/week.
Pushes will accumulate skins. If any two teams push first place, all teams push into the next week. (i.e., Robinhood and Bitcoin Boys both get 5 skins, no other team gets 5 skins, skins will push to the following week and pot will double. Robinhood and Bitcoin boys keep their 5 skins for following week until push is broken)
General Rules of Play
If any shot is not calculated, it is rub of the green; replay the shot with no penalty.
No tees unless using a driver on the tee box.
If a ball is moved off the putting tee, it may not be moved more than 1 inch from the black tee.
If players select the wrong shot in scramble, they cannot go back; the selected shot must be played.
Mulligans & Mis-Reads
Mulligans are not allowed, except for system errors or unintended strokes. If allowed, the Mulligan button may be used to reset play without penalty. Violations:1–2 stroke penalty (based on severity); excessive use = disqualification.
Permitted scenarios:
Phantom shot/swing registered without striking the ball.
Fringe auto-PUTTER setting causes an unintentional club mismatch.
Spin-camera misread of a quality shot.
Check via MENU → ANALYSIS → SPIN tab (upper-right image).
Misread indicators: fewer than 3 ball images captured (non-putter) or negative backspin values.
Committee may review backspin/sidespin miscalculations and rule as needed.
Substitutes
Any player may substitute by paying the weekly simulator fee.
Forfeits
A team automatically forfeits if it does not make up or reschedule its match.
Pace of Play
Time limit: Complete matches within your 2.5-hour tee time.
Bad Time: Any team finishing after 10:00 PM.
1st Bad Time: Warning (in person and by email)
2nd Bad Time: Team is put on the clock for the next round (notified in person and by email)
3rd+ Bad Time: Committee may assess 1-point penalty per match in standings for each bad time after being put on the clock

The Committee posts weekly league standings.

Absolutely! Our goal is to encourage new players to the game. Please advise when you book that you are a beginner and we can arrange to spend a little extra time with you. You can also book your first time at an X-Golf with a PGA teaching professional to go through the fundamentals of holding clubs to the basic swing.
Yes, we encourage players to bring their own clubs, though rental clubs are available.
The fee is for the simulator time, regardless of how many people are playing and it is not per person. Each individual can finish 18 holes in about one hour (or two people can play 9 holes each in about one hour). If you add more people it will take 1 hour per person added to play 18 holes.
No need, the simulator has its own tee built into the system…plus it collects and tees the balls automatically.
Yes, all locations have rentals. Check with your preferred location on pricing.
Yes. We welcome children of all ages.
Generally it takes 1 hour for an individual player to play 18 holes. If you have more than one player you may want to book an additional hour for each player in your group, but skill level can have an effect on pace of play.
Booking a tee time is highly recommended either online or calling your preferred location. Most X-Golf locations frequently sell out during busy times/weekends.
Gift cards are available and can be purchased at the preferred location or digitally online.
Golf shoes with soft spikes only are allowed (please make sure they are clean) but tennis shoes work great on the artificial turf, as well.
No we supply the golf balls and the automatic tee system.
